Maybe. For some audiences a handout is exactly right. For others it gets saved and forgotten, and a quiz or a short course would do far more. The quiz tells you which one fits yours.
Then the quiz will tell you if it’s the right kind for your audience. If it isn’t getting used, that’s usually why.
